For IxDF Local Leaders and members

IxDF Signature Builder

Work down the five sections. Fill in whatever you want to show and leave the rest blank, those lines simply will not appear. The IxDF seal is added for you.

01

Who you are

The name block that sits beside your photo

Clear this if your email client already adds one.
02

Your photo

Cropped to a circle with the IxDF seal placed on the corner

JPG, PNG or WebP. A square or portrait photo works best, anything wider gets cropped from the middle. Cropped into a circle with the IxDF seal placed on the corner, then compressed for you. Leave it empty and you get the seal on its own.

Links

Where your profile, your site and your calendar point

Your photo and your badges link here.

A Linktree, a vCard page or your own site, whichever you already use. Leave the second box empty and the text itself is treated as the address.

Shown as one small grey line under your links

Badges

Taken from your IxDF public profile, shown as a row at the bottom

SVG, PNG, JPG or WebP. SVG is the one to pick if the site offers it, it stays sharp at any size. Pick them all at once, or add a few now and more later, they add up. Up to eight.
Crops each badge’s own border away and draws the shared zigzag in its place, so the whole row matches the +N circle. Turn it off if a badge looks clipped.

Where to find your badges

  1. Open your IxDF public profile in another tab.
  2. Scroll right down to the footer. All your badges sit there as small thumbnails, which is the quickest place to pick them from.
  3. Right click the ones you want and save the image.
  4. Come back here and add them with the button above.
Adds a +10 style circle at the end of the row.

The output uses tables rather than modern layout, keeps every style inline, sticks to Arial and Helvetica, and embeds your images inside the signature itself. The circle, the seal on the corner and the badge row are all baked into images before they go out, because email clients cannot be trusted with rounded corners or overlapping elements. Nothing you enter leaves this page.
